We are sooo excited to welcome Jenny to the FFL team ❤️❤️
So many of you will already know the lovely Jenny Dennison who has joined us.
Jen is taking a permanent class on Wednesday night and filling in whenever needed with other classes.
She is busy working on introducing a new cardio/ab/butt class too so watch this space for times….
Jenny is super passionate about the fitness industry and clearly loves her work, she has been doing her thing in the industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years. Come along and support Jenny any chance you can and make her feel welcome in her new role - she loves a good chat and is one tough instructor and will make sure you give it 110 % in every class you attend of hers. 💪🏋️‍♀️💪

Trying out new recipes...

We are continually adding new recipes to our Blitz eating programmes, we test them first, cooking them for ourselves & families, this takes all that hassle for our clients, freeing up time for them! We add in weekly shopping list with our Blitz eating programmes too making it soooo easy for clients to make all the right eating choices, simply print out the shopping list or take your phone with you & view from there, omit what you might already have & know that you've got all you need each week. Our Blitz progamme's generally run for 6 weeks, with the menu, recipes & shopping list delivered 2-3 days before the start of each week giving you time to get all your ingredients together hassle free. One of my latest favourites is making a herb & spinach crumb, it goes so well over a grilled chicken breast or mixed through a salad, so much flavour!!!

I've used it below mixed with quinoa & added with my grilled chicken.....

Getting Results....

The first step is making contact, once you've been to a class most people find they just want to keep coming back over & over again. Many of our clients have been with us for years & find that the social aspect & being part of a great group of women whilst also getting fitter & feeling better, all combined, is the key to achieving their fitness goals.
