Trying out new recipes...

We are continually adding new recipes to our Blitz eating programmes, we test them first, cooking them for ourselves & families, this takes all that hassle for our clients, freeing up time for them! We add in weekly shopping list with our Blitz eating programmes too making it soooo easy for clients to make all the right eating choices, simply print out the shopping list or take your phone with you & view from there, omit what you might already have & know that you've got all you need each week. Our Blitz progamme's generally run for 6 weeks, with the menu, recipes & shopping list delivered 2-3 days before the start of each week giving you time to get all your ingredients together hassle free. One of my latest favourites is making a herb & spinach crumb, it goes so well over a grilled chicken breast or mixed through a salad, so much flavour!!!

I've used it below mixed with quinoa & added with my grilled chicken.....
