Super mum of two and wife to Andrew, Owner/Operator of Fitness for Life Tania Campbell makes you feel like you are the only person she's instructing despite training in a group exercise environment. 

You truly reap the benefits that one-on-one training would provide, surrounded by like minded women who have their own personal goals to achieve. 

If it's weight loss you're after combine her exercise classes with her nutritional eating plan also known as 'The Blitz'; mix it with your commitment and you'll see results straight away. Her track record speaks for itself - women have lost anywhere between 2kg's up to 15kg's on the six week program and are motivated to continue. 

It's all about learning what to eat, how much and having Tania keep you on track. Fitness for Life gives you the opportunity to make those changes in your life that you desire.

In addition to Fitness For Life, three times a year Tania breaks away to work with the ISL team (Institute for Strategic Learning) at Millbrook Resort. Tania conducts Lifestyle Coaching as part of the ISL program which involves working with people on their wellness, preventative medicine, body measurements, fitness testing, nutrition and exercise.

Jenny Dennison

Jenny has lived in Queenstown all her life and still enjoys life here with her family. She is passionate about the fitness industry and loves her work. Jenny has been doing her thing in the fitness industry for 17 years and really knows her stuff.

Jenny’s classes include super fun Core and More classes at Fitness for Life and she makes sure that each and every class sets a new challenge. Her HIIT classes keep the heart rate up and you are sure to always feel amazing after doing one of her classes.
