THE BLITZ - EATING & EXERCISE PROGRAMME
The Blitz is a six week exercise and eating programme developed by Tania Campbell.
It's designed to kick start your body and enable people to shed those unwanted kilo's and is suitable for all fitness levels.
So you want to lose weight...
The important first step with weight loss is spending some time figuring out how you gained the weight in the first place.
Then, take some more time to think about the eating and exercise habits you've adopted so you can make some changes.
Fitness For Life swears by the '3 P' approach:
P = Planning: It is no use just 'wishing or wanting' to be slimmer.
You actually have to plan how you will go about it.
P=Persistence: Stick with the plan. Slipping up occasionally is normal.
What's important is not letting a small stumble turn into a major landslide.
P=Patience: It took months, maybe years to gain your extra weight,
and it may take just as long to replace bad habits with good ones but all you have to do is START NOW to see the slimmer, healthier you.
The Food
The eating plan is made up of everyday food that's not difficult to prepare. The key to the food on the Blitz is being organised. Once you sign up for the Blitz you receive a weekly eating plan accompanied by weekly shopping list - no thinking required!

The Exercise
Everyone is different, but generally speaking you need to commit to exercising four to five times per week to get results. This can be a combination of Fitness For Life classes and your walking program, or just Fitness For Life. To qualify for access to The Blitz you need to attend a minimum of two Fitness For Life classes per week.

NB:- to access Blitz information you need to purchase a 10 session concession card and attend a minimum of two Fitness For Life classes per week. You will be issued with a 'Blitz' commitment contract that needs to be signed before eating plans will be issued.
